How can I earn Travel Credits?

When you book through Infinity, you'll earn Travel Credits that you can apply to future travels. How does it work?

• Spend between $1k-5k, earn $50 in credits
• Spend between $5k-10k, earn $150 in credits
• Spend over $10k, earn $250 in credits

How can I earn Travel Credits?

Firstly, make sure you're signed in to your My Infinity account. Once you're logged in, there are multiple ways in which you can view your credits.

If you head on over to your 'My Account' section, you can see how many Travel Credits you currently hold. You can also view them when browsing our website in the top header. On the booking page for your tour, you can watch your Travel Credits in action! You'll be able to see how much your tour would cost with your Travel Credits applied.

What can my Travel Credits be used for?

Great news! Your Travel Credits can be used towards booking another vacation with Infinity.

Once you've returned from your initial tour, your My Infinity account will be updated to show the Travel Credits (in your booking currency: USD) that you've earned.

*Please note that you can only pay for 5% of the gross booking value of any Travel Adventure using Travel Credits. Travel Credits cannot be combined with Member Savings or promo codes. Full Terms & Conditions.

How can I use my Travel Credits?

When you're ready to redeem your Travel Credits, simply log in to your My Infinity account and find the tour you wish to book. Once you've applied your Travel Credits in the section called 'Infinity Savings', select 'Book Now' and then sit back, relax, and enjoy the savings! (Please be aware that Travel Credits are not combinable with any other Infinity discounts.)

I'm missing Travel Credits. What should I do?

After returning from your tour, your earned Travel Credits will be available in your My Infinity account.

If you can't see your Travel Credits in your account, reach out to us and provide the previous reservation number from your booking. We'll look into it and credit your My Infinity account with any missing Travel Credits.

Can I redeem my Travel Credits for cash?

Rewarding you with Travel Credits is our way of saying thank you for booking through Infinity Worldwide Vacations, therefore we are unable to turn your points into cash. We know you love to travel just as much as we do, so instead of sending out a thank you card, we gift you with Travel Credits to save some extra dollars on your next tour with us!

Can I transfer my Travel Credits to a friend?

Although we can't transfer your Travel Credits to a friend, the great news is: your credits is valid for one year from the date it was issued. So, when you're ready to book another epic vacation with Infinity Worldwide Vacations, your credits will be there to help you save.

Do my Travel Credits expire?

Your Travel Credits expire one year from the date it was issued. You'll have them in your My Infinity account, ready to splurge on your next vacation with us.
