Each guest that travels with us deserves a memorable and fulfilling travel experience. And we intend to continue to deliver on that promise. Your health, well-being, and enjoyment remain our top focus — just as they have been since we started in 2003. Our team consults with health and security experts all around the world to ensure a healthy and enjoyable travel experience. Let’s take a look into the steps we’re taking for you.

Pre-Trip Travel Declaration

All team members and guests will complete a personal travel declaration before joining their trip. If a guest has tested positive for COVID-19 (or is traveling with someone who has), they will not be able to join the trip until cleared as ‘fit for travel’ by a medical professional.

Small Groups, Big Experiences

Globus makes it easy to explore the world with calm and confidence with Small Group Discoveries available in many destinations. With an average of 24 guests per departure (in some cases even fewer), there’s always room to roam with extra space between you and other travelers—while still getting up close to fascinating attractions and the stories that make experiences feel personal and connected.

Supplier Quality Assurance

Your Wellbeing Director will be responsible for the quality assurance of all hotels, venues, and suppliers during each journey. Quality checks will ensure that all travel partners meet local regulations and the established TTC, WTTC and WHO wellbeing protocols.

Expertly-trained wellbeing Travel Experts

We have employed new and enhanced hygiene & physical distancing protocols for tour managers. They are local experts and highly trained to handle a variety of unexpected situations — including illnesses and emergencies and will monitor compliance and guest wellbeing.

Sanitized Equipment & Surfaces

Hand sanitizer is accessible and freely available. Guests should bring their own face masks. However, in the case of an emergency, face masks and gloves will be distributed to you if needed. All frequently touched surfaces inside your coach, including handrails, doors, tables, overhead lockers, plus your luggage handles, will be disinfected multiple times each day.

Infinity will continue to review and update Assurance initiatives as we make our return to the world, including adhering to – and building upon – the standards set forth by travel and health agencies across the globe, including the European Centre for Disease Prevention (ECDC), the U.S. Center for Disease Control (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) and United States Tour Operators Association (USTOA).

Your Responsibility

We have introduced these enhanced hygiene protocols – for you, our other guests, and our team members. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the World Health Organisation and government health bodies, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.

We ask that you please take personal responsibility for your wellbeing. This begins with packing any personal protective equipment and sanitizers you require. Please adopt physical distancing and hygiene practices throughout your pre-trip travel arrangements and follow all health instructions whether physical signage or requests from our professional staff once you are vacationing with us.
